This mechanic was great although he highlighted that when I’d last had my brake pads and sensors done back in may 2024 the mechanic (John) which was sent out didn’t actually replace the sensors and just bypassed them but I was still charged for part and labour, this is unacceptable and quite frankly dangerous.

Brandon surpassed my expectations. He attended early and conducted the full inspection. He called to advise the limited concerns he had and to give a fairly detailed assessment. He answered my various queries and explained terminology I was unfamiliar with. He is an excellent communicator so I felt at ease.
