Poor communication meant my pre-purchase inspection could not be carried out on the date planned as a result I was refunded. This was not in line with the service we as a family have previously received from Clickmechanic.

Adam arrived promptly (at the start of our 2 hour slot) and carried out the repair efficiently. On completion of work he explained exactly what had been done and demonstrated the aircon system operating satisfactorily. We have no hesitation in recommending his services to others.
