Justin was punctual, professional and efficient. It looks like he did a good job. I can't yet rate the quality of the job so I have gave 3 stars.

Henry was excellent and extremely obliging when click mechanics system failed miserably it's very unlikely I will use them again. A total waste of time trying to cope with their ridiculous website and customer service, it was much better when you could speak to a human being.

Richard arrived on time his communication was excellent friendly and very knowledgable he explained every thing in simple terms to understand , l was surprised at the how much he new about my vehicle considering how old it is the only word to say about Richard is excellent.

Terrific, phoned and came earlier than first available time slot. Unfortunately diagnostics inconclusive as to what was causing fault, but told most likely and cheapest component to start on

Calum was timely and efficient. Very happy with the work and its cost. A couple of pounds over a dealer price, perhaps, but with the advantage that I didn't have to sit around in the middle of an industrial estate while the work was done. Kwikfit had quoted £300+; Halfords/Nationwide £400+. Calum was £175.48. 'Nuff said. Happily use both Calum and ClickMechanic again.

Lonut, arrived at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly got on with the job and even cleaned the wheels after he had finished. He made sure everywhere was tidy and even disposed of the old brake pads as well. Very nice man, will definitely be using him again 👍🏻
