Great service with the repairs. MOT and Annual Service , including the driver who picked up my car and return it.

Yasika arrived ahead of time and went to work on my car to replace the belt tensioner with a new one. Unfortunately the bolt to fit the belt tensioner was not present so we drove to local hardware/motor stores in my town to no avail. A bolt was available at VW dealership six miles away but was not able to be sourced within the time frame of the slot. We then returned to my car and while my car was not repaired I appreciated Yasika’s efforts to find a bolt in my town. Yasika did charge for labour only and not the part which was appreciated. I will try somewhere else with better luck hopefully!
