This was the first time I’ve used this service and very happy with the outcome. Graeme was prompt and professional and had my alternator changed out in good time after running initial tests to confirm it was in fact the alternator at fault.

I have spent £83 on the diagnosis to be told what i already knew as I had stated in the comments to help with his diagnosis and the mechanic has stated that this is something he cannot fix so i am now having to look around for another mechanic the can complete the job so i am not satisfied at all

He was very good has identified the fault and been able back it up with the symptoms, certainlt will use again if needed.

James did a great job was punctual and completed the job very quickly all 4 discs and pads done in under 2 hours

Nigel was very good and the pre-purchase inspection report was excellent especially as I lived 300 miles from the vehicle so the in depth report was just what I needed. I found the whole process from booking on line to final report an excellent service. I liked the fact I had details of Nigel before the inspection and had direct communication with him before and after the inspection. I would say service is better than RAC & AA. Could fault anything.A+A+A+A+A+
