Nathan was excellent and a genuinely friendly and easy to chat to guy. I feel reassured that I have a good mechanic in the Bristol area and would recommend him to anyone. More than can be said for Click Mechanic - the fact that they think this work was done yesterday rather than today speaks volumes about their system. The phone line number given does not function and you are directed to online only system. This seriously discriminates against anyone with any intellectual/learning difficulties or disabilities, or anyone who does not have internet access/skills or the equipment to do so. I find this disturbing and frustrating in 2022. Unless they do something to correct this I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Brad was very friendly, knowledgable and carried the work out within the hour, explaining everything as he went along, me being nosy and wanting to learn. Starter motor had gone as I had thought, and I was treated as someone who knew a bit and was keen to learn. Extremely happy with the mechanic Brad and the service provided and cost Brad had to go to another supplier for the motor as they had sold the last one they had before he got there, so he had to work into the evening without any complaints, excellent service.
