The mechanic was friendly. The problem was fixed. I'm happy. Only the oil was quite expensive.

The mechanic came on time and identified the problem which he said is the slave cylinder is not working he couldn’t fix it as he was just a mobile machine but on the receipt or the clic mechanic dashboard he has no mention of the fault with the car I would have thought that this would be shown so all parties are aware what problem was found by the mechanic I can’t see it anywhere??

Bogdan was great; he was punctual, kept me updated about his arrival time and explained the work he'd completed. He even informed us of an additional fault, which had been an advisory from the previous MOT, but made no hard sell to use his services for the additional repair.

Kagan confirmed his arrival time the day before and arrived when he said he would. He carried out a full service on two cars for me, and having carried out a comprehensive inspection, talked me through items to be aware of and some which may come up in the future. He is very knowledgeable and interesting to speak to. Something I did appreciate was that he covered the seats, steering wheel and gear lever and made sure both cars and the driveway were left clean at the end of the service. I chose Kagan because of the many positive reviews of his work and I would also highly recommend him.

Friendly...prompt..knowledgeable...absolutely delighted with exact diagnosis ..at last ...said they would go and source the part on a easter Monday even though they were from stoke on trent ..replaced abs sensor on front left wheel ..all the numerous fault lights disappeared..he drove it and checked it ..I drove it and checked it...couldn't be more delighted...

Pleased with the work carried out. Did not have a specific tool he required and went back to get and returned in no time to complete job. Test drove car when job finished to ensure all in working order.
