Fantastic guys picked up on time and great communication from Alistair,even went the extra mile and tryed to fix an unrelated problem with my car. Will happily recommend and use these guys again.

Above and beyond, Jason was only there to replace the front and rear brake pads, discovered I needed new discs so he went out of his way took me to pick them up, then discovered one of my rear callipers had ceased but that didn’t beat him he sorted it and even at the end once the work was done he discovered that one of the headlight bulbs that Halfords put in had been put in (sort of) so he put it in correctly, I can not recommend Jason highly enough in fact five stars just are not enough, will without doubt use him for anything else that needs doing on mine or my sons car, he is a legend and proves not all heroes wear capes. TOP JOB, VERY POLITE and KNOWS HIS STUFF. A million stars from me.

William was very thorough and very passionate about the subject, so gave me lots more advice about looking at automatic vehicles. Very friendly and easy to talk to

Very friendly team and helpful throughout! Was initially a little concerned when they rang to say more work would need to be done as I'm a young female and am always concerned about garages trying it on. When I mentioned checking the suggested extra work over, they were supportive about that and provided a very thorough video of the problems so that both I and my family who live at the other side of the country could review it. During the initial call he provided a very rough estimate of the costs for parts and was up front about needing to check before finalising a price. My boyfriend's comments upon seeing the video was "Oh God I didn't realise it was as bad as that, yeah you absolutely need to get all that done" and to be totally fair a couple of things had been noted on my service as things to keep an eye on but I thought weren't quite as problematic. When he called back with a quote for the extra parts and labour, it was an exceptionally fair price and was at the lower end of what I'd seen estimated and well within what my dad said I could reasonably expect to pay. When they dropped off my car they had a really helpful chat about what work they'd done and how to drive better to get things like my clutch to last longer. They also explained the likely cause of why my shock absorber had ultimately gone, and gave me a suitable caution about braking whilst my new discs broke in. I'm really glad to have found such a good garage and will be returning!

Ebo was fantastic- did a great job in replacing a clutch, two coil springs and a water pump. Picked up my car and returned it on time and kept me up to date on progress. Will definitely use Ebo again.

He done the service and timing belt on my car, it was a shame he can't sign my service book. But car running well so far.

I’m really unhappy with Clickmechanic & in particular with this mechanic. He was supposed to call me in advance if he couldn’t fix the car on the drive but he left it till half an hour before I was expecting him to call. He wasn’t friendly. He couldn’t talk much English but his tone made me feel told off. He couldn’t do the work but overcharged me anyway. Very unhappy. here
