Balazs took his time and carried out the work to excellent quality. He replaced Rocker Cover Gasket, Oil Sump/Pan Gasket, Oil Filter Housing with cooler and Track Rod on driver side. He was easy to communicate with and understand. He has good experience and I will definitely recommend him for bigger jobs. I hope he keeps up the good work. The only thing I will say that he can improve on is to keep all the brackets, nuts, bolts and screws he takes out in an organised manner so it is easy for him to put these back in the right order. Also always keep your Gazebo with you.

I had a dpf clean and service booked. Arrival time between 0800 and 1000 the mechanic arrived at 10am. The car was taken away, it would have been nice to have that communicated if it was going to be done at home or on the drive. The service was done and the dpf was cleaned but the light saying it needs to be done on my dash board is still on so in my mind the job is not fully completed. Over all I did get a text and call during the day with an update but fundamentally the job was not fully completed as the light is still on and I have to get someone else to turn it off to get through the mot

Albion was booked 11.30 till 1.30 but turned up at 6.15, which wasn”t a problem to me at all, it was actually handy as I had finished work by then, and he kept in touch and checked with me before altering. When he arrived, he went through his order, very thoroughly, he came to a conclusion of what the problem is that makes sense to me, having heard others feedback too. Albion said he will send over his report and repair estimate, which I expect will be soon. It the best customer presentation or communication, but down the job just fine
