Simon had to come to me 3 times in the day because of issues regarding the car which meant going for other parts. He never made me feel it was a chore to do so and was always friendly and approachable. He understood I was on day 2 of taking a day off work because of the car and worried about having to take a third day off. He worked hard and smoothly to ensure it was all done. He knew what he was doing and was very knowledgable. I felt he went above and beyond for me and would recommend super Simon to everyone. I hope his management take note and give him some extra reward and recognition.

I could not be happier with the quality of service received. I purchased the premium pre-inspection report as a second hand car buyer and found the report insightful and clear. It added value on top of my own 2 hour inspection of the vehicle and paperwork (as I am not a mechanic but have bought cars second hand previously). I particularly enjoyed picture proof of the vehicle diagnostics (which were clear) and pictures and an explanation of any points of interest. The seller also appreciated the knowledge of Edd the mechanic and intends to use the service also in the future. 5* from buyer and seller for the service and quality.

Well wasn't straight forward following repair collected but fault occurred again after 10 miles. Returned and waited for van again after 10 miles fault occurred again. They diagnosed a part was required but as the weekend was coming up the part would not arrive until Monday collected vehicle at 15.00 all ok. Considering they had further diagnostics and the fact that the part was expensive the final repair price was reasonable. Great bunch of people

Omar updated me when he could, explained the work that was being carried out and explained when there was additional work needed - what needed to be done and whether I was okay with it or not, offered to bring the broken/damaged parts he replaced for proof (but why would you want them returned - let Omar dispose of the faulty parts) Cannot fault the process. Also the driver he sent was brilliant

This is the first time using ClickMechanic instead one of those other 'big' companies, so was slightly apprehensive, but I can safely say Michael (aka Mick) put my mind at ease. As a long-distance buyer I needed someone to attend site within a reasonable timeframe and Mick accepted the request. Mick was very helpful, keeping me abreast of activities and when the inspection was complete the report was a satisfying read, not only from the perspective of the car choice being of good and sound quality, but also from the detailed report provided. We had a subsequent follow-up discussion to address a small number of areas for concern, and he was patient enough to expand on various elements highlighted in the report, suitably answering my questions/queries. Nathan was very well organised, professional and detailed in his explanations. I would almost give him a perfect score, although when driving the car home from the seller, my wife noticed that the car was pulling to the left hand side. I am not certain if tracking is included as part of the advanced check, however I felt that I should mention it here. Additionally, as this was my second inspection I was offered a 10% discount in price. Despite trying twice I was unable to find the section that allowed me to enter my discount code, and I ended up paying full price. I am happy to amend this review in the event that I am dealt with satisfactorily. Many thanks.
