When the wrong component was ordered and it stopped him finishing the work, he kept me well informed and went above and beyond to go and fetch the correct component so he could finish the job late last night. Maz was brilliant. No stone was left unturned,and communication was on point. He was also very polite and professional. Advice was no problem and he took loads of photos of the car he inspected,parts such as suspension,interior,underside,exterior,alloys,and and worn parts to give me a detailed report. He explained everything and it was really reassuring. It was a real help for me and my family,especially after being ripped off from a dodgy dealer just last year. I highly recommend. Also if there is any problem such as mechanic not being available for the requested time,the click mechanic customer support team sort it out no problem and there is also a direct messaging section for the mechanic if you can use the telephone to speak. Anxiety and other issues can make it difficult to talk for some people but that is no problem with click mechanic. It's blummin great and I'm using them again if need be.
