Mike was great - he carried out a really thorough inspection of the van I’d been looking at (I was hoping to buy it) and he was happy to answer all my questions. He explained everything clearly & in layman terms without being patronising. He knows a vast amount about vehicles & I felt safe buying the van with a clear idea of what I was buying. He also carries all the computers necessary for getting codes etc. He is extremely conscientious, & clearly enjoys his job and genuinely wants to help people. I would definitely use ClickMechanic again. I was concerned that money would be taken when I booked, & I then wouldn’t get an appointment that suited me, but not only was no money taken until the job, but I also received said appointment within 15 minutes, for two days’ time. Do be aware there is an extra £20 fee for getting an appointment within a couple of days of booking. The slightly hidden nature of this fee is my only issue with CM - this was nothing to do with Mike though. Other than that, I found the whole booking experience to be extremely user-friendly. I have been ripped off buying a vehicle in the past, but this check meant I could buy with confidence, and know what minor work I need to get done at a garage. I booked the full indirection and felt the CM fee is extremely reasonable for what one gets. In fact, I was able to go back to the buyer & explain that these issues now meant I had to get work done on the van, & the buyer offered to reduce the price of the vehicle by £450 to cover the work. So this more than double covered the CM fee. If you’re wondering whether to book CM, don’t hesitate. I would definitely recommend Mike & the CM service. Thanks Mike, for all your help

Micheal was fantastic, rang an told time he’d arrive and immediately cracked on with the job, showed an advised me over something else that needed replacing too an went out an picked up an fitted it too. Couldn’t be happier and would 100% use again.

Ed arrived in good time, to diagnose a none-start problem with my Smart car. He diagnosed the problem and talked me through why he had reached his conclusion. Took him approx 20 minutes. He put me in the know and advised me on next action to get on the move. A good, friendly chap, I recommend him.
