Why have I been charge the full amount for mot when it was booked with a service which they failed to do in the 2 days they had the vehicle

Well wasn't straight forward following repair collected but fault occurred again after 10 miles. Returned and waited for van again after 10 miles fault occurred again. They diagnosed a part was required but as the weekend was coming up the part would not arrive until Monday collected vehicle at 15.00 all ok. Considering they had further diagnostics and the fact that the part was expensive the final repair price was reasonable. Great bunch of people

They charged us without doing any service! Noone came to pick our car up but they still charged for the service.
