Andy was polite, helpful, and performed the task in a timely manner. He replaced my battery and tested to see if the charging circuit was functioning. Once started, he advised me to leave the car engine running for at least 30 minutes to ensure the battery was topped up.

The service for my brake replacement was great. All on time, polite and friendly. Collected and delivered back all was fuss free.

Joshua, the mechanic, was indeed knowledgeable at his job, but not that great with interpersonal skills. He promptly identified the problem, but when it came to fixing the issue, he was only able to book me in for the next week, which is not what we, as customers, need. We need quick and prompt fixes to our cars, as most of us use them to drive to work. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is room for improvement.
