Charles was in touch beforehand, turned up early and was both friendly and polite. Once he had identified the fault (intermittent starter motor), he explained the problem clearly and then provided a quote for the work but also told me about all options available to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand - there was no hard-sell of the quote at all. I'd recommend him.

James was fantastic, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised me on the solution for my car problem.

I would give every aspect a 5-star rating regarding the specific job done according to the quote. The drum brake were having problem and I ordered a replacement of drum and shoes, and they did it perfectly. Whilst replacement it was confirmed that the cylinders were leaking and need a replacement too. Mechanics has no parts available but they helped to file another quote. That was good. And after all I hear nothing from anyone on ClickMechanic who's interested in only replacing the cylinders, and not even from the original mechanic! Have to source another independent mechanics with repeated diagnostics fee and quote. Mixed feelings.

Aron was very good and professional. The EGR valve has been replaced, and the engine fault has been cleared. I need to monitor the diesel consumption to establish if there has been improvement.

Was very nice and also advised there another bit of work would be required soon due to a noise.
