If I could give more stars I would. I needed my car urgently for the following day and Micheal went far beyond over and above to make sure this happened - he was fantastic. The whole process using click mechanic was simple and got my car sorted quicker than the local garages could. You'd expect a premium price for the level of service but it was on par with the cheapest garage quote. Thanks

Rhys was great and very happy with the work. Disappointed not to be informed beforehand that the car would be taken into the ULEZ zone and I would have to pay for that.

Alan got the job done, very friendly and pleasant. When someone has time for the customer and explain things then you know they are good at their job. Oil and filter change, didn't take long. He was a bit late but sometimes these things happen so it's still a 5 star for punctuality as things don't always go to plan with some jobs and it's out of their control. Definitely recommend Alan and will certainly use him again
