Very pleased with Dan’s work, the only downside is that he was late due to delays in previous jobs. I was kept informed even when he suffered a puncture in his own car on his way to me ! Dan explained was he was going to do and how long it would take. Would be happy to book Dan again for any future work.

The mechanic arrived 30 minutes after 8-10am time slot, so around 10.30am. No one, at any point communicated that they're running late, so eventually I had leave the car for them to sort our during my absence. It looks like they didn't know how to start it to read the mileage from the dashboard (I left the key in the ignition, all you needed to do is press the Start button...) There was a problem with the caliper, but no one called me to address it - they went straight to a additional job quote. I can only hope and trust that the brake pads and discs replacement has been done to a good standard, as I had no chance to see and check it yet.
