Kept me updated with everything once collected. Collected in time slot even though couldn’t be worked on until next day. Showed me a video of service being done. Left old bulb in car to show me that it had been changed. The person who collected & dropped back to me was friendly.

The mechanic came to pick up the car as arranged. We talked about the work to be done especially the steering rack which needed replacing. Afterwards he explained the steering needs to be aligned which I have had done.

Gareth was just perfect he was early got straight on with the job I told him he was fantastic. Two hours were allowed for the job he completed the job in just over half an hour. Advised to take it easy on the new brakes for a while. I was certainly impressed with Click Mechanic. Will use again Will test the brakes tomorrow. Thank you Gareth

The mechanic was fast and efficient, he updated me on any changes to eta (which I didn't have a problem with). He checked for more problems around the area which is good to hear from a mechanic. The price was fairly cheap and got me back on the road in less then an hour
