Greg was superb. Arrived towards the beginning of the two hour time slot, and was done before the end of it. I explained what another garage had told me about replacing my brake pads and discs, and he said he would have a look and if they didn't need changing he wouldn't do it, and sure enough, the discs didn't need changing. I really appreciated his honesty, saved me money, and he was friendly and affable, and interesting to talk with. The squeak has gone, and the brakes are working perfectly, so I couldn't be more happy. I couldn't recommend him more.

Rang 30mins ahead to advise of arrival time, within the pre-agreed time slot. The collecting mechanic was both friendly and courteous. The M.O.T and completion report were effectively completed and the car returned same morning. I would whole heartedly recommend Otto's Garage.

He was friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient, Did the work in half of the quoted time frame. However despite prevously assuring my wife that if he finished quicker than the time quoted it would be reflected in the price . However we were charged for 4 .10 hours labour at £423.40 when in fact he was only here for 2.05 hours so his labour cost £211.70 per hour which we feel was excessive. We are pensioners on a fixed income and were stretched to afford these ( necessary ) repairs, so not happy.

My car was collected within the time period stipulated. The garage called to confirm and clarify the work undertaken. The staff were informative and affable.
