5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I had Dan come over to replace the pipe that carries the "pink fluid" from the engine to the radiator, and I couldn't be happier with his service. From the start, Dan was excellent at communicating—he explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. He came to my house, fixed the issue efficiently, and gave me great reassurance about the overall condition of my car. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also offered some useful tips and advice on car maintenance that I really appreciated. Dan's expertise and professionalism really stand out, and I will definitely rely on him again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a quote for rear brake pads of £100. Was told a disc needed replacing too, but I did not authorise that, however it was done and an extra £143 charged to my card. A job my husband could have done at a fraction of the cost. Wanted only the pads to get me out of trouble, before driving over 100miles home as I am only visiting. I should have been given a quote and agreed before it was done.

I never met the mechanic. He communicated by text. His communication was clear. The new alternator works fine. The car was not returned on the day of the repair because the driver responsible for it's return had to return home to deal with an emergency. It was reurned after 10 am the following day. The colection of the car was within the time slot identified but the return was later than expected. The repair is fine. I assume it will stay that way. I am not qualified to assess the work of a mechanic.
