Arrived within time frame given promptly, very polite, well spoken and friendly. Took my car away to complete an MOT, major service and replace my front brake pads and discs. Had a phone call after a few hours to let me know my MOT had passed and that he was running late for the other jobs which wasn't a problem at all and I said to take as much time as needed but I really appreciated the follow up and update! Messaged me to let me know he was coming back with my car, met him outside and he gave me my MOT certificate and showed me some photos of my disgusting pollen filters before they put new ones in (oops!), ran through my advisory and let me know he'd done the brakes I asked for too. Really really happy with the service I received today, never used clickmechanic before or a mobile mechanic and was sceptical and worried at first, especially also being a girl and not understanding a whole lot about cars. I was thoroughly reassured and not taken advantage of like I have been at other garages in the past. No additional work was needed luckily and no hidden or extra costs incurred! Will definitely be using again should I need repairs or another service in the future. Big thank you to Boost Brothers.

Lee was first class. He did a double disc and pad change in rapid time, but when he had finished, explained what he had done, how this would or could effect the car and how to treat the brakes to get them working efficiently. I couldn’t be more impressed. Top man, top job. Thank you Lee.

I wasnt there but my partner said he turned up on time at 1500 hrs and got straight to work on my car. He was all finished by 1615 hrs. When i got in i had a look under the bonnet to see what he had done. I turned the engine on and was surprised how quiet the engine sounded. "Well done Kyle"! I will definately be getting in touch if need anymore work done.

Brandon visited on 21st Oct to fit new brake discs and pads and was great. He had difficulties locating the required parts, so rang to say he'd be late (no problem at all). When he arrived, he quickly discovered that he'd been given the WRONG parts, but without hesitation, he went straight back to the supplier to exchange them. Once he had them, he was able to very quickly and efficiently do the fitting and seemed unperturbed that he was now running about 2 hours late!! He was very polite and courteous throughout, nothing seemed too much trouble, and the finished job is perfectly satisfactory as I have done over 100 miles today with no issues. David is the same mechanic who completed my service and MOT last year, and I was just as happy with the service I received this year as I was last year. I had the car back in around 3 hours and he completed some additional work that I had requested, brake fluid change and replacement washer jet. Stress free transaction.

The work yes but tried to ring phone numbers left in emails ALL unrecognised. We both tried many times to contact mechanic to let them know where the car was parked plus info on key exchange, had zero interaction. V poor, never using this service again but I’m sure don’t give a sh*t!!
