The folks that performed the work were great with communication, and picked the car up on time. The car was returned late and I did have to chase to find out when it would finally be returned. On top of that, unfortunately the MOT certificate had the incorrect mileage recorded on it so I had the inconvenience of then taking the car back to the MOT station myself to have this corrected. I would use ClickMechanic again but if allocated the same garage, I may look elsewhere but I could not fault the price which was around 70% cheaper than the main dealer wanted

Carlo is the best mechanic we have ever had he is help full friendly conscientious, after taking our car to a garage and paid them over a £1000 to fix it and then with in 2 days of getting back had to scrap it we are pensioners must of seen us coming. so had tobuy another car was worried in case something wrong with it so Carlo came and sorted new car out checked it and we will NEVER EVER USE ANOTHER MECHANIC ONLY CARLO, LICK MECHANIC SHOULD BE REALLY PROUD TO HAVE SUCH A FANTASTIC MECHANIC WORKING FOR THEM appreciate him and don't ever let him go we trust him one hundred per cent thank you and would highly recommend Carlo to any body

Dawajan did a great job and arrived promptly. Very satisfied with the service given.

Simon was prompt and carried out the work efficiently. He discussed knowledgeably some extra work that he had found. As a mechanical engineer and someone who has worked on his own cars for over 50 years I know what I am talking about when discussing repairs. We discussed the fuel filter and an oil leak and that the timing belt had been changed at 100,000 miles. However the Extra work quote did not Address these issues. Just an expensive timing chain and water pump change. I am disappointed Will be using my regular firm for this work.

Martin was great and on time. Did the work that was needed also told me about something else that might need to be replaced.

Zoltan was great, really helpful unfortunately the car needed further work that was not repairable at this time but Zoltan went out of his way to get quotes and try and find a solution. Very grateful .
