Shoko went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my car even travelling to Wembley to pick up the brake Caliper i needed to be replaced . This did mean he didn't finish the job till 830pm having first arrived at 10am ! All in all a good service and I am happy I can now drive the car safely.

At first i was extremely happy, happy with the politeness and punctuality and also advice on an oil leak thatbi had, however since then i have discovered that one of my rear tyres is absolutely obliterated around the inside of the wheel, its not something ypu would miss if the tyres had been looked at like the major service suggests, so why wasnt it noticed... i dont know but its now making me question everything else in the service, to a point where im going to pay for another service for piece of mind.

Brilliant service from Richard, arrived early which is always helpful and took the time to explain the details of the issue I was having with my car before outlining what he was going to do. Really friendly guys and I will certainly be using their services again in the future.

Booked for Saturday clutch repair , got email to say if they could pick car up on Thursday, which was not a problem. Car picked up Thursday evening , when I inquired when ready got email saying Friday or early Saturday. Waited all day Saturday then call them 1.30pm they said they waiting for a driver should be by 4pm, still no delivery, called again after 4pm they said should be by 45min, got car back 5pm. NO COMMUNICATION OF HOW REPAIR WENT. ( REPAIR SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN DONE)

The best. I Was quoted roughly £600 by a garage, Kyriacos called on a weekend, researched my car, and quoted around £400. He kept in contact and is a great communicator. He visited the job within 48 hours and readjusted his quote to £165 as the issue wasn’t as bad as he thought. He could have kept to the original quote without my knowledge but was honest, quick and upfront. Mechanics like this are unicorns, you just don’t find them anymore. I will now never go anywhere else. Best mechanic I’ve found after 13 years of driving. A+

Originally meant to collect the car between 7-8pm and ended up not collecting until 10pm. Work not actually carried out on the day or the following day despite us paying an extra charge for it. We did get the car back but not by the absolute deadline we gave. Told we would have an update later and instead they just turned back up with the car (not ideal if we hadn't been in)
