Awesome job. Diagnosed my issue very quickly. Punctual and friendly. Recommended further work and I was very confident to proceed.

This person did not communicate with me after confirming the booking (I also paid a premium for the slot). I sent numerous messages (as did clickmechanic themselves when I let them know the issue) with no reply. He eventually replied saying his van had broken down in an area that had no signal, so couldn't do anything. He eventually responded and said he'd be with me between 10 and 12 the next morning. He did not arrive between these times either and eventually came later on that afternoon. When the person arrived he could not speak or understand English, so explaining the issue to him was almost impossible. He ran a diagnostics check (basically plugged in his monitor into the car and showed me the results) but nothing related to the issue I had highlighted in my initial booking (the car's thermostat).

Lee was great arrived on time and cracked on with the job from start to finish despite the poor weather conditions. Would definitely recommend Lee.
