Sam was professional n knowledgeable very happy with his work even after misdiagnosis by the RAC and delays in getting my poorly husband home by them Sam resolved the problem with our van and is sorting it out thankyou.

He analysed the problem quickly, but we will see if the analysis was correct once the part is replaced.
