Work carried out well, and no issues. This could have quite easily been a bad review, as mechanic didn't arrive on time, but this was due to a few issues that was explained to me over the phone. The mechanic assured me they would arrive and get the work completed. My hat goes off to the commitment and distance he travelled to get the job done. So I cannot complain.

Yes my mechanic was very friendly and I was happy with service/valet. My only dissatisfaction is that I paid for mot and service and therefore received a discount but because mechanic said said it would fail it’s not because it needed further work so he cancelled it which means I will need to pay full price for a mot now once work is completed which I was happy for him to do. Normally if it fails mot yr allowed to repair and redo mot at no extra cost with same mechanic. This will make me think about using this service again.
