Yes my mechanic was very friendly and I was happy with service/valet. My only dissatisfaction is that I paid for mot and service and therefore received a discount but because mechanic said said it would fail it’s not because it needed further work so he cancelled it which means I will need to pay full price for a mot now once work is completed which I was happy for him to do. Normally if it fails mot yr allowed to repair and redo mot at no extra cost with same mechanic. This will make me think about using this service again.

Pete was very friendly and helpful and I am 100% happy, slight issue with the battery which was my fault and Pete sorted it out

Alex was really knowledgeable, polite and punctual. Showed me the warn part after replacing and I have asked him to come back to look at another problem. A top mechanic which is rate to find.

26/11/24 Great meeting Harry and Colleague Today re - Full service & fuel filter change. Kia Sportage 2.0 crdi awd. Couldn't fault the way they conducted service. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Even gave the car a good look over prior to an MOT tomorrow. Even fitted cabin filter that I had already, and my god did it need changing ! Nothing was too much for them and respected the car which most garages lack today. Harry test drove after service and topped up where needed. Thank you. I am going to use him again and steering away from garages now ! I highly recommend them to anyone. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ye she was friendly and knowledgeable. Did interim service at driveway, nicely covered from rain and wind. Did good job. Cleaned the engine oil drain area and bolts. Explained what he did.

Kagan (pronounced Khan) was fantastic. I had the time to talk to him whilst he was doing a full service of my car and he’s a mechanic with over 20 years experience and was full of useful advice and took care of everything. You’ll be really lucky to have him come to work on your car!!

What a lovely guy Adrian is. Communication was brilliant from booking to finish. I was booked for a new tyre as well as a new coolant tank but he phoned me and said the tyre was brand new and that he could repair the puncture instead of fitting a new one, saying me lots of money. Really impressed with his work and would 100% recommend him to anyone.
