Mohamed the mechanic who attended this morning was friendly and came within the agreed timeframe. I was sceptical at first because they deducted the money the day before the work was due to take place although ClickMechajic said they would only take the payment after the work was done, I subsequently received a call from them asking is they could collect the car after the agreed time which was a no from me as I needed to be somewhere by lunch time, so not a great start but the service and friendly on arrival was a welcome surprise.

Cristian was very prompt and turned up in the given time window, he was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions I asked him, he also sorted my PDF problems I had and also advised me of any other problems with my car, thank you for the excellent service.

David was excellent, very good at his job and even although it was freezing conditions he just got on with the job , happy with the service
