Whilst the mechanics were on time and seemingly worked efficiently it became apparent that the car had not been tested before they left as the auto hold would not release and ii am now using the vehicle with the manual handbrake.

Clynton spent 30 mins on diagnostics and charged me for a full hour. Moreover he told me that he would come back for repair. But he never came back and then I got an email from click mechanic telling me that problem is fixed. Like was this a scam?

James arrived early on a cold and frosty morning and began work replacing cambelt and water pump etc to our Citroen C4 parked outside on our drive. After an unforeseen and unavoidable problem he continued unfazed until the work was completed some hours later. Excellent and thank you.

The guys from Springfield really care - the job took a lot longer than expected in this super cold weather but no complaints and stayed until the job was done closing in on dusk - I can’t recommend these guys enough, they knew I didn’t want to risk taking the car away to their garage so the did it outside in the freezing cold - top guys - top service - they really do care!
