The mechanic missed a very crucial thing in the assessment. The two back tyres were below the legal limit of 1mm, meaning that I could have received 6pts on my licence if stopped. He marked all 4 tyres as excellent condition in his report. He turned up on time and he called me after he was done to explain. I was told he only spent about 30-40 minutes with the car, whereas I booked his services for 1-2 hours.

Ben was great - did a good check of the car and found the issue very quickly. And even when I wasn't quite convinced (I thought there might be more going on), he took the time to check again for me. Could have easily gone along with me and told me I needed to get x, y, and z done but only had a relatively simple issue. Very happy with the booking and will certainly use Ben again.

The mechanic was not friendly at all. When you try to communicate with him to find out issues, he starts shouting at you. Im disappointed with the non communication and unprofessionalism. I had a raw deal.
