Excellent service from Ionel Adrian, He diagnosed the problem very quickly (a severed ground cable and poor battery). He sourced the parts and returned to fit them, despite the late hour. He obviously knows his stuff, Very impressed.

Work carried out in 40 minutes. Unfortunately did not replace ignition coil after replacing spark plugs. Needed 24 hours for him to replace it. May be better off going to your local garage. Doesnt talk much.

Belinda was fantastic, the majority of people coming here will be uneducated in car maintenance and the patience she showed me couldnt have a value placed on it. Alongside Russ who effortlessly diagnosed my problems from his armchair hearing half my conversation on speaker they couldn't have made me feel safer if they'd tried. A procedure was undertaken on my car that very few mechanics will commit to and I had the worst possible car (according to a family friend mechanic who didn't have the tools for this particular job). So the customer service was fantastic but the prices and accumulated knowledge was trustworthy according to a family friend who has been in the industry for thirty years. Extremely grateful my order landed in their laps. I cannot possibly convey the mess that was created by my naivety that was effortlessly cleaned up by this company.
