Kept in touch to inform me of the delay due to unavailability of the part. He ensured that he was able to get the clutch as quickly as possible and work was carried out and car returned to me promptly. Happy with his communication and happy to recommend him.

I thought my clutch had gone. When Jay arrived outside my home and sat in my car he immediately informed me that the problem was with the gears. Before giving a review and since the work was carried out, I have driven around in my car for a couple of weeks and I am extremely happy with the work Jay did on my car. Great service used the pick up service he picked it up and was all done and back at my property just over 4 hours which was fantastic have me full explaintion of what was wrong and gave good advice on how to fix/repair the issue highly recommend

I had no communication at all from Syed A at SWIFT CAR HIRE , I had to call them for updates, and at no point in these calls did anyone at SWIFT CAR HIRE say they had any other problems with the my car. I was told by the man who picked up my Shaf that he was the manager again I had no communication from them unless I called 1st Very poor service and my car still has an oil leak and at no point was I given any indication that there was any other oil leaks, they say they complete the work but offer no evidence, all they show is photos of the underside of the car, with no photos to show the work being IE parts removed.


Shaf the manager told me when he bought the car back that when the car was on the ramp the oil was cleared off and Syed the mechanic told there was a leak coming from the Rocker cover and not the crankshaft oil seal what the car was it for.

NO ONE called me about this, I only found out when the car was returned to me, Shaf the manager to me said when he bought the car back that he would get this sorted out for me and would call me in the morning, but to date as I suspected no call and they are not picking up my calls now. I have been SCAMMED out of £654.36
