Jamie was a lovely guy who diagnosed the fault with our car, arrived on time, friendly and knew his stuff, helped us decide what to do next to get our car fixed. We rang him back a couple of hours later to discuss in more detail, left a message for him to call us back, he called back straight away.

All was good, however taking the vehicle to the garage and charging an extra hours labour seemed a little cheeky?
