They diagnosed the issue quickly and advised me I should be able to get the repairs done on the warranty from my last service as the oil filter was either faulty or installed badly. Took a video of the issue and sent it to me which is very helpful. Also provided a reasonable quote to do the remedial work if required.

The mechanic was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately the additional small job that I wanted them to do ( which they didn’t charge for) didn’t work and so I had to go to another local garage to get it fixed.

My car was picked and delivered up on time, job done within the hours specified. Job done to fix the MOT failure on the front mount suspensions.

Gordon and Martin were great. Collected the car exactly as arranged. A delay in parts arriving that was outside of their control, but kept in touch throughout. Clutch changed and car back - drives like a dream now. Very knowledgeable and clearly have the ability to do other work so I'll certainly be asking them to help if anything else needs done in future. No money went out of the account until the job was complete, even with the delay due to the wrong part being sent by their supplier, and exactly as quoted. They even gave a free safety check and have pointed out a couple of things that might cause issues in the future, so I'll keep an eye on these and if needed will take back for more work. Overall, really pleased with the job, the service and the price. Highly recommend this father and son team.

My mechanic didn't reach the car seller shop in time. Booked slot was between 4pm and 6pm but he reached there at 05.50 as the shop's closing time is 6pm.But the Report given was good which was also delayed.

This is a great service, easy to book and everything went to plan. Karl was professional and helpful and made sure I understood the issues and how to resolve it.

No idea about mechanic. No contact. Work was done. That's it. The guy who came to collect my car arrived in a bashed up car that he struggled to park in an empty street. None of this inspires confidence. Nothing to suggest he was from a garage. Car came back about 18:00. Work had apparently been done and mot, car smelled awful on return. Will not be using this garage again.
