Off the back of my last review I'd like to update it by saying Shane did a very kind thing, taking my car in for a free diagnostic, as my car was still having issues. It turned out there was a few other things that needed doing besides the wheel bearing. The wheel bearing issue itself was definitely fixed, as the loud noise has gone away and it handles better than it did originally. Shane and team kept me updated on the day they were diagnosing the car and dropped it off in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service. It was great to find out what the underlying causes for the vibration were (it still vibrates at 60+mph), and I feel much less anxious now that I know how to proceed.

Great service, very convenient and reasonably priced for the work carried out. The staff were considerate and polite which is quite uncommon in the mechanic industry, at least from my experience as a young female driver. Would definitely like to be a returning customer.
