When they got here they got straight into things and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were clear on what might be needed to resolve the issue. Only issue was that they arrived 1hr earlier than expected when I was on a work call which was why I schedule the visit for after, but he explained that he mixed his jobs up and forgot to call me to see if he could come earlier, so it wasn't a real problem, just a bit inconvenient.

Syed was very good despite two deliveries being the wrong part he then went to the dealership for the correct part . This lead to a delay in my car being fixed to no fault of the garage Syed put up with my constant ringing for updates in a professional manor. I was also expecting a larger bill but in the end it was only slightly higher that the original quote Angela Audis
