Zero for every single category. This site made put a 1 star. To be fair it would be better I'd if it a zero to 10 plus and minus, because as things stand it's minus 11 Two weeks they have my car, for a replacement clutch, then they said it needed a new gearbox. I was told I could collect it Friday, but luckily I wanted to have a test drive. It wouldn't go over 2000 revs and there was a engine management warning light. I was told how would they know it wasn't like that as it was a no runner. Well it wasn't drivable but it certainly could start

Paul seemed ok at first, friendly. Took car to have a MoT, had to buy a new battery (no problem) never provided a receipt to me. Did service afterwards, didn’t stamp my service book. No receipts. Mot initially failed, needed a small part to fix and re-test. Terribly slow responses, inaccurate quotations and in the end after weeks of chasing, missed window for re-test and never came back to me to repair the car for the Most. Awful experience and communication. Would avoid like the plague if you ever needed to call this guy back in to do something. I tried calling and messaging him to get him to come back and give me receipt for battery and to stamp my log book. No response.
