Karim was excellent, arrived on time, carried out a full diagnostic and quickly identified the cause. He was knowledgeable and knew detailed specifics about this particular type of landrover engine. Unfortunately due to the repair required (and other unrelated work that also needed doing) it was not economically viable to continue. Karim was very helpful in reaching this decision.

My slot was 8-10am but Paul rang me at around 9am to let me know that he was held up on the job before me. I was able to move my day around to work from home so it wasn't an issue. Paul came around 1.30pm, very polite and just cracked on. Very efficient, work done to the standard I'd expect for this type of job (front discs and pads) and I'd be happy to use both him and Click Mechanic again.

Daniel was a friendly chap and took pictures/videos of the work done. He told us about a minor leak an to keep an eye on it. I think we will use him again in the future .

Andrei was brilliant. Turned up on time, and did the job very efficiently, and was very straight to the point with assessing if the job I’d booked needed doing (it did!) and showing me the old parts afterwards to explain the cause of the problem. My uncle is a mechanic so I’m quite clued up on things, but not everyone is and not all mechanics take the time to show their work like that! The car is much better for the repairs carried out, and I’d highly recommend Andrei and use his services again.
