Micheal and his mate turned up before time and cracked straight on with the job and no problem, wasn’t a small job water pump and timing belt on my Mrs golf gtd took them hour and a half. Absolutely brilliant and a happy Mrs. will be using these again! Thank you lads👍🏻

Good job completed quickly. Mechanic booked in within 15 minutes of submitting online form to click mechanic. Recovery had to be arranged due to the type of car and job but that was quick and efficient. It was a surprise that DK Autos were over 20 miles from where I live but that didn't cause any problem on this occasion due to the recovery!

Beni and his team mate were great. Fantastic customer service and very approachable. Told me about the work and there findings and things to keep an eye on. Will definitely contact them for future jobs and will be recommending them to friends and family. A great representative for Click Mechanic.

James was very polite, informative and I felt he was honest with his opinion. He did not try to pressure me into anything regarding work to be completed, but suggested actions I could take to try and solve the issue with my car and even recommended me places to go to save money on parts. Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked what I thought was wrong, completely listened. He tested everything and actually said the indicators were working ok but this quite often happened. He then checked everything and carried the work in a professional manner. He explained to me everything that he had done and then also said I could contact him if I had any problems. Amazing. Drove car today and everything felt new as he said, much more confident in my indicators now.

Unless. The diagnosis I received: Something wrong with your Ad Blue system. That much I had known already from message on the dashboard.
