I was very pleased with the service I received. I was contacted promptly & was kept in the loop as the work was undertaken & although this couldn’t be completed on day one, the mechanic sourced a required part & returned the following day to finalise the repairs. Overall - very satisfied.

Above and beyond expectations. Amazing service, replaced clutch in our vw camper van, in the dark, in the rain, not straightforward by any means but not one moan or groan. Due to complications, took way longer than any of us anticipated but our quote stayed our quote and we we up and running ready for the next morning for our Xmas trip.....can't praise them highly enough.

My car was supposed to be picked up Thursday.. no contact from mechanic till after 5pm my car was supposed to be picked up at 1 ! We rearranged collection for the same time Friday... finally showed up after 3pm.. with a rickety trailer on the back of his SUV.. He finally dropped the car off at 10 pm Saturday night. Went out in car today and terrible clunking sound coming from car that wasn't there before... under acceleration there is a funny rumbling sound and vibration.. again wasn't there before the clutch went and would think that if the clutch had been repaired properly it would've cured the noise. I have to say this is the worst experience you could imagine... I expect to be contacted by customer service and an inspection done on my car... I will be contacting trading standards and seaking legal advice
