Arrived promptly at agreed time, giving outline of expected timings which was a little extended in actuality but not inconvenienced.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Clickmechanic for the opportunity to book my repairs with you. My cat failed MOT yesterday due to rusted suspension arms. I book this service at 2am this morning 26.2.2025. By 8am in the morning, I have been assigned an excellent mechanic who called by at 8.15 am to check if the parts I have indicated was correct..... This is indeed a great professional because i could have made a mistake by proving a description that never exist. Alin-Viorel took my car details check the MOT historry to make sure that the parts are of correct specfication. This is excellent professional and I would recommend him because my car is a rare Porsche Cayanne 2006 reg but it has a 957 model which simply means that the car is registered in 2006 but everything with the exception of the engine is 2007 -2010 model and as such not every mechanic can work on this car. Even my local MOT garage which I have been using for this Porsche since 2015 decided that they could do oil change but I have to get someone for the installation of suspension arms. Alin-Viorel was excellent, I will recommend him because it took several hours to remove the rusty parts and replaced with the new parts which fitted excellently. The guy is great and clickmechanic would have to do their best to keep such a great and excellent mechanic in the person of Alin-Viorel. I will definitely use him again and I would not service my car in future without him. He took time to cleaned all the bots and nuts before replacing them. He also took time to inspect all my tyres and found out that I have been using the car with missing two nuts. Thanks I had two spares which he fitted correctly. I would use this service again. It is important that Clickmechanic notifies customer that there will be extra charge if the mechanic spend more time than anticipated. This is because Clickmehanic charge me extra for the extra time spent on removing my rusty nuts which I am happy for that

I can’t judge the service and mot but the lack of commitment is appalling. When my car was booked in the first time they didn’t turn up in the time frame allocated so tried calling with no answer a few times asking them to call which they didn’t. Nearly an hour late my car got picked up. About an hour later I got a call saying they couldn’t do the mot as they were having problems at the garage so it was rebooked but I did say it would have to be picked up early as I had an appointment at 3pm. This time it was picked up in the time frame. As I hadn’t heard anything I called to see what was happening with my car and when it would be back. It wasn’t very clear but I was lead to believe that my car would be brought back next. As I hadn’t had my car back by 5.30 when the garage was closing I called again, no answer. Someone did call back five minutes later to say my car would be back this evening, I explained that I had been at work since 7.30 and needed to go home he wasn’t very pleasant about it but said my car would be back in 90mins. As that time apparently no car, I get a text 10mins later to say he would be back in 40mins I finally got my car back at 7.50pm. Not very pleased at all

Andy did a great job fitting a new clutch to my mini cooper.. Driving the car feels so much better now. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work doing.
