I was a bit apprehensive using click mechanic as I've never used them before and unsure of process. I'm so glad Ian accepted the job because it made the process a great experience. I'm so happy with the communication and work done, also the convenience of having my vehicle collected then dropped back off within half a day is so ideal. Have used a lot of mechanics but would highly reccommend Ian to anyone, very knowledgeable, genuine, friendly and efficient 😊

Jameel did an absolute unbelievable job for me. My water pump.had seized which ripped the timing belt. Jameel.kept me informed all the way but thought it might not run at all. Imagine my happiness when called to say he had repaired my car. Would highly recommend and best of all he is a really nice lad. A1 service

Christian was a pleasant and respectful guy as for knowledgeable I wont know until the faulty sensor has been replaced.

Kai came out at the time he stated he'd be there, major service completed in about 30 mins and ran through a few issues he noticed while working on the car. 16 Yr old VW Golf with no service history since 2017 so issues were expected. Great advice received, highly appreciated and recommended for future work needing done.

John and his colleague were fantastic, our cam belt was fitted quickly and professionally. Can't recommend them highly enough and much cheaper than the main dealer by about £500!!!
