Dylan was fantastic! He thoroughly checked the car, explained everything clearly, and gave professional advice on things that needed attention. He was polite and punctual. The pre-purchase inspection was an excellent experience. I bought the car after the inspection because I knew what to discuss and negotiate with the seller, and I had peace of mind that the car was safe!

Daniel was very thorough and checked everything to find out what was wrong with my car. Sadly it was a problem with the sensor/immobiliser which he was unable to fix. I thought it might be so but it was better to get it confirmed.

I'm delighted with the service and the work - communication was excellent throughout, the guys who collected and returned the car were warm and friendly and efficient, just got on with the job and got the car back promptly (and thoroughly cleaned - thanks so much!). I would definitely call on Halim again and trust his advice. Very happy with the quality of the work done and the service.

Aqhil was friendly and communicated well. They picked up the car in the morning around 1030 and I was aware this job would take a couple of hours. I called Akhil around 1700 to enquire the status and was informed the car was still on the ramp and will be done in the evening. I called Akhil around 2130 and at this point he was apologetic and informed me that they were very busy but they would be completing the works in 45 minutes. I called Akhil around 2300 and at this point they were outside my house. I don’t dispute the workmanship or the value for money they are providing for such a big job. The only thing I believe would be an improvement is their communication, apart from that I would definitely use these guys again through this portal.

Shaun was good. Knew what needed to be done. Explained what he was going to do and when car was brought back he explained issues and spoke about follow up work that could be done.

Don’t go near this guy! Booked Dan to do full service, arrived on time but left after 22 mins saying he’d have to come back the next day as he’d got the wrong air filter. Took the money straight away. Despite several messages when he was chased saying he’d come out he never returned. Now ignoring messages, didn’t reply to ClickMechanic.
