Very Happy with Modern and Classic Garage Services however not impressed with Click Mechanic as there website is slow and made me book twice as I thought the first booking hadn't gone through. I made the booking the evening before realising in the morning I had now double booked (Less than 10 hrs later, so obviously cant cancel within 24 hrs as per their terms and conditions). I messaged 1st thing in the morning to cancel the error only to be charged £20 for making a genuine mistake due to the websites slow confirmation. Will use the Mechanic from now on, but NOT ClickMechanic.

Nathaniel came within the allotted time frame, he was friendly and welcoming. Asked questions about my concerns with my car, communicated well and always explained what he was doing and why. I now know the exact issue with my car and what needs to be repaired

This was my first time using Clickmechanic so was a little apprehensive. Overall the service was outstanding from ease of booking to the General comms throughout. Velea was excellent, he arrived as planned five minutes before the scheduled appointment, explained what he would do, showed me what oil he would replace etc and had the job completed in @ 40 mins to include waiting for me to complete a quick test drive. Would definitely recommend & will be using this for all future work.
