Damian was superb and brilliant help for the issue I had. Only really was with him between 10-15 minutes, but was quick and efficient to identify the issue that had plagued my vehicle, explain roughly the details of the problem and estimate cost/quotes for the highlighted repair. Although the issue diagnosed sadly goes further in terms of financial cost than I would be willing to spend on the vehicle, if it wasn't for Damian and his experience, I could've been fishing around for ages looking for an answer that Damian achieved within minutes of talking and inspection. Superb service and process, would definitely consider working with again.

James is a really nice bloke, explained perfectly what was required and is coming tomorrow to fix it.

I was going to tell him about a problem with the caliper and he already knew it without even taking the wheel off. Instead of just saying he couldn't do it he tried things so I didn't have to replace it and got it fixed. Had everything done in half an hour and showed up within the specified time.

Polite, friendly and helpful. I asked my mechanic to message me when he collected car from my elderly mother who has dementia, and he replied straight away and assured all was well. Happy with work carried out.
