Abdul was brilliant, he collected the car promptly at the time he stated, completed the clutch replacement and had it back within five hours. He also did a check of all the major components and advised the car was in good condition…now that he had replaced the clutch. All in all an excellent next day service…would definitely recommend.

Unsure of the mechanics name, but was very friendly and accommodating to my request for a late start due to school runs. The car was taken away (less than 5 miles) and returned later in the day with everything complete to my satisfaction. Great value compared to other retailers. I was called by the dealer I bought the car from to ask if I wanted to book my car in for service and MOT, but because they didn't have their rates online I declined. The lady advised me of the price and I almost fell off my chair. ClickMechanic all the way!!

A nightmare from start to finish. Omer rang me at the time my car was meant to be picked up stating that he never had a driver and to rearrange the date, I stated I wpuldnt be in so we agreed to have the car picked up from my workplace. Wednesday comes and I get a call from a driver stating he couldnt find me as Omer had sent him to my home adress. The driver finally turns up to collect my car. The work was done the same day (that I know off) and was happy to have my car back. About a week later i have a letter through the door for a £90 ULEZ fine which was picked up from the mechanics driver. I notified Omer about this and his response was "thats up to the owner of the car to pay. Which I think is the wrong attitude considering I wasnt driving or if I was notified I could have paid alot less but no communication was made. I then raised an issue in the resolution centre with click mechanic in which on more than one ocassion Omer said he would call to sort out, which he didnt. I then escalated the case to ClickMechanic who were also no help and just refered me back to the mechanic. I can honestly say this is the 1st and final time I use ClickMechanic as there customer service is disgusting and once Omer has your money he couldnt care less. I now have had to pay £520 for a £430 job. Cheers 👍

Alastair and his team were fantastic. Very punctual and kept in contact the day. An additional problem did arise, which I was grateful happened in the garage and not on the road. They squared this away quickly and car was still back on the same day.
