Nahome arrived at 8am,started straight away to replace oil pump,unfortunately it was not the oil pump but the chain had snapped,explained things very clearly,very knowledgeable about engines and how things work,although he couldn’t finish the job due to things out of his control,I can’t thank him enough,would highly recommend for any job on any vehicle.very happy wit work

turned up 50 minutes early for the appointment. said couldn't do the job (Fit a new starter motor) as he didn't have the right tools. Also unaware that he had to drain the oil from the gearbox as well. Made alternative booking this Monday. No Click Mechanic confirmation of this, we have been billed for the job that hasn't been done yet. It all sounds a bit odd. the company new the car reg. new the make and model, age etc and what type of starter motor would be needed ???

Chris was helpful and friendly. He kept me informed and was very polite. He gave me some good feedback and provided a report within 24 hours of the inspection.

Hi Karim did work l rang him next day and made him aware of problems I was having he said he would come back and look but he never did. I rang a lot more times lots of problems gather on front wheel spit front drive shaft remove and damage done to front wheel bearing made kiram aware of noises coming from front. But never heard from him again would not recommend him or use you again regards Don

Cant believe within a few hrs of booking Lura and his colleague arrived after a long drive in the dark and rain and got straight on with the job. I was a bit sceptical it could be sone in those conditions but I neednt have been he showed me the damaged part and compared it to the new one he was to put on and how it wasn’t functioning properly.6 ish hrs later the job was done. 6 days later I’m submitting this review as after a few days of giving it a good run here and there it’s running like it has run in quite some time so it was steadily getting worse without me realising. Thanks Lura and colleague you saved me having to invest in a new vehicle just yet 👍🏻

Amazing, came out checked fault quickly dealt with. Developed another problem 2 days later these guys came out on a Sunday to sort it. That is outstanding service well above and beyond the call of duty. These guys are highly recommended I will be using them again
