Ryan instantly made a good impression on me: confident, friendly, a sense of great competence and patience. My issue was a stretched engine timing chain: a big job even to get at the components to be replaced. Ryan simply said "I've done hundreds". Have I jumped in the car after its return to the house, and started it up, driven around? No: I simply thought, Ryan will have done this job well, it'll be fine. I received a couple of photographs: I had no idea at all that the chains were so heavy duty. I am confident all will be good.

Yes........absolutely surprised they would come out from Reading....pick the car up and deliver it back at no extra charge........such service.....if you keep your prices sensible, you will get my business and my friends as well,,,,,,,,once your prices and service deteriorate... you will lose customers.....I live in Old Windsor ... very rich part of the world where garages milk the affluent to the hilt.....so poor people like mr and old age pensioners on limited income are always looking for honest people to do business with You will have me as a loyal customer from now on. I was a little skeptical as ive never used this garage before. But this was a brilliant experince. Car pick up on time , mot d quick, needed a part and it was fitted that day. Car returned quickly. Overall a Great experince highly recommended. Will deff use again. Very impressed.

Advised on brake issue as he couldn't do the job as it needed something else. So the job was re-quoted. Unfortunately the quote was double the original price. I have taken my vehicle to a local garage who did the work the next day and they were over £200 cheaper !!

Very thorough. Spotted an important hose clamp that had slipped, unrelated to the job - easy fix but could have been very bad had it not been spotted. Interesting, enthusiastic, very knowledgable. Job done - very pleased.
