My mechanic arrived on time and was efficient, courteous, respectful and friendly.

Think Jozsef diagnosed the problem but didn’t have a replacement part because the previous diagnosis was incorrect. Unfortunately bank holiday weekend so no supply shops were open. Charged £103 for diagnostics including 1 hours work which I thought was on the expensive side. Would recommend Jozsef

Francois was polite and professional and tried to sort out the issue with the MOT. Unfortunately it didn't get resolved so my car didn't get MOT'd, which has resulted in a lot of inconvenience for me but this was not Francois's fault. The service was fine.
