The original time of arrival was between 10am-12 midday, no one had showed up by twelve, so gave it a bit longer, when no one showed up by 2pm and I hadn't been contacted, I made contact, I was told the person had broken down, eventually a mechanic turned up at 5pm, was here for half an hour, all checks done, was told I would receive the report within a couple of hours, actually received the report the following day at approximately 18:15. I little disappointed I didn't receive any communication when the mechanic didn't show by 12 midday, I am sure if the issue was my end I would have had to pay some king of fee or something similar!! Not sure £190 for 30 minutes was value for money!
