Yes, I requested a diagnosis and that is what I recieved. It allowed me to arrange for a in depth examination and ultimately repair at my specialist garage. It also allows me to make a decision, if I could drive it to the repairer or have it delivered.

I was charged an extra £60 cash for the job is this normal if it is i will never use you again also he used a coat hanger for split pins.

Andrew was fantastic really knew his stuff and was reassuring on the first contact kept me informed and returned the car promptly once repairs complete this all gave me gr8 confidence in the company as i was haveing alot of issues finding someone to complete the timing chain replacement on my mini during the works he highlighted another issue which i plan to book it back in to have the additional repair complete His Guys who collected the car where really nice and helpful
