He did have a look after telling him what the problem was and suggested that it might be a mechanical problem, but I was expecting him to use the diagnostic as maybe other problem would have been detected, £76 down the drain

I didn't meet the mechanic as a lady came to collect my car, she rang me beforehand to let me know she would be here in 30 -40 minutes. She was punctual and pleasant to speak to. She returned my car to me.

I didn't meet the mechanic, so rating him is difficult. The car was collected as planned, and a few hours later it was returned, with no known problems. I can't comment on the work carried out as I can't see anything, but the car is running ok. I also can't comment on communication as there wasn't much.

they came around at appointed time. said i needed some adjustment to handbrake. they did that and i put car in for mot yesterday. it passed ok. so all ok .
