I was already informed Chris might be a tad late due to incorrect parts delivery by someone in the team - it wasnt an issue - I told them I was flexible (hey its being done at home) Chris arrived full of apologies. - but was happy to continue despite the late afternoon ... fie by me. Was efficient, clean tidy, ultra polite - cheerful and despite a really stuck on oil filter - all things were done, tidied up, checked and handed over in good time - to a happy customer

Faizan was friendly and I believe knowledgable. The service was completed on time and I was kept informed with updates on the battery which I asked to be replaced, which delayed completion. This was not the fault of the mechanic, the wrong battery was delivered so they had to wait for a replacement.

What an incredibly exceptional service I received from Joseph. I don’t often find time to write a review but in this instance I had to communicate my sincere gratitude. Joseph was assigned my very very last minute inspection job on a car at a dealers in Southampton. I missed the morning slot at 10am so booked for 12pm. I was due to view the car between 12-1pm. A last minute panic resulted in me booking this inspection. Joseph rang me and was so accommodating - he dropped what he was doing, rang the dealers for me to ensure he could see the car and get it up on ramps. He squeezed my job in before he had another job elsewhere , so I wouldn’t be held up viewing the car if I still wanted to do the hour journey to get there - and he seemingly did all this to help me out. His communication and his manner were amazing and this type of person is an absolute rare gem in life. He went above and beyond - and some. Thank you Joseph - you really make a difference to people with how you approach your job. Exceptional.

The mechanic was friendly provided me with where the fault was from the diagnostic kit, however it was nothing that I didn't know, maybe I asked for the wrong service as I wanted to know what the specific problem was not a host of where it might be, also half the time the mechanic was on the phone getting advise from another mechanic, so not quite the service I was expecting.
