Jose was flexible when the garage did not have the car ready for inspection. Although I paid for a full inspection including under the car - this was not done which I was slightly disappointed with given I had paid for the premium service - I assumed he would arrive with car jacks or some way of inspecting under the vehicle himself without relying on the garage. Nonetheless the remainder of his checks were thorough and I would recommend him for any pre-purchase vehicle checks. Will be using his services in the future

Lee was very up to date about the isshe that i have with my car. He identified that it was the idle pulley that was stucked up that caused the belt to dislodge. He also went to every auto parts to check availability of the pulley. Lee updated every single detail of what has to be done. Very patient and friendly.
