Oil looked dirty oil filter looked dirty...air filter was dirty! I don't think it was serviced? I called and he said he would do it again as he thought oil was out of date? Not impressed at all.

Jamie called ahead to say he was running behind, but still arrived within the window, he was efficient polite and seemed like a genuine honest mechanic, I would use him again in the future.

James was punctual. turned up earlier than expected. Was very polite and knowledgeable. Able to put my mind at ease and answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend him.
