I had a message from the mechanic asking to call him with no context. I don’t see this until 1hr after he was due. He the. Tells me my car needed to be taken to the garage to replace coil springs - this should have been mentioned at the time of booking, not 1hr after the mechanic is due. After the inconvenience of rescheduling, my car was taken and returned to me with repairs within 24hrs. When I received my car, i found my seats leaned very far back, my volume control set high, and 1/4 tank of petrol used up; i can understand a quick road test but this all points towards the mechanic taking my car for a joyride. Further backing this, my passenger seat was left in a similar state - why would a coil spring replacement and tyre change require the passenger seats and volume controls to be adjusted? Objectively; my car was repaired as asked but the lack of communication and the liberties taken in adjusting my cars controls and seats etc was not acceptable. I have been to a few garages and had repairs on previous cars and I have never been handed back a car I’m this state.

Very friendly and worked my repair a day early which was a great benefit to me even gave me advice on other problems I'm having with my car very happy with the work carried out would definitely recommend most definitely use again

Frankesco was brilliant. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Frankesco replaced the clutch on a Skoda at my home, on the driveway. He carefully explained what work he had done with really useful photos along the way. He was very neat and tidy, leaving no mess. Highly recommended.

Alexandru was very pleasant and thorough, and took the time to show and explain what the problem was. In replacing the defective clutch master cylinder his colleague explained that even the slightest dip (1ml) in clutch and brake fluid could impact clutch performance. I hadn’t realised this at all. Extraordinary! Thank you.
